刘喆妮事迹材料
刘喆妮,女,汉族,21岁,重庆万州人,中共党员,重庆三峡学院教师教育学院小学教育(师范类)专业2016级本科生。她深学笃用习近平新时代中国特色社会主义思想,积极向党组织靠拢,于2018年5月光荣加入中国共产党,担任班级团支书,积极为同学服务,每学期均获得奖学金,学业成绩名列前茅,综合素质优异。作为未来服务乡村教育的定向师范生,她更是身体力行专注教育反哺三峡库区,在教育公益领域有一番不俗的作为,荣获重庆三峡学院校长奖学金、“十佳校园之星”、优秀大学毕业生、重庆市志愿服务活动先进个人等荣誉。
参加“小桔灯”义务家教
让青春在公益中闪光
自大一开始,刘喆妮便作为志愿积极分子,参加学校组织的“小桔灯”义务家教活动,每周风雨无阻,坚持服务长达一年。此外,还自告奋勇服务增加服务量,挤出空余时间服务两个学生家庭。其中一个家庭的孩子属于心智障碍群体,为了帮助他健康成长,刘喆妮查阅了大量资料,广泛学习对这类群体的帮扶经验。她抽出课余时间,来到万州区特殊教育中心,与心智障碍孩子一起学习;多次参与万州区残疾人联合会、万州区青年志愿者协会组织的助残活动,与他们保持着良好的互动沟通。
作为师范生,刘喆妮将自身师范实践融入到志愿活动。刘喆妮曾作为负责人之一,参加由万州区团区委、陈家坝街道、德立社会工作服务中心组织的为期一年的“益苗计划-移民社区青年”志愿服务,被评为“优秀负责人”。
创办“竹信封”公益项目
让爱心在田野上飞扬
刘喆妮生在三峡、学在三峡、爱在三峡、行在三峡。大一暑假,她作为团队最小成员前往渝鄂交界的万州区普子乡,作为舞蹈、性教育和小营长面向当地乡村留守儿童开展乡村夏令营,服务时长达三周,服务对象达1204人次。虽从小在城市长大,但毫不抱怨,由此与乡村留守儿童结下了不解之缘。她与其他成员一起,创办了“竹溪支教”团队。
第二年,她作为“竹溪支教”团队联合创始人,组建大学生公益团队。她希望借助乡村夏令营的模式,吸纳更多本地高校青年,关注库区乡村教育,带动大学生自我成长。第二年的乡村夏令营共有90余志愿者报名,其中不乏重庆主城学校学生,最终遴选30人,分为三支队伍前往重庆市万州区分水镇、普子乡和龙驹镇等乡村学校、社区开展为期两周的夏令营,共服务留守儿童3672人次。
第三年,经历过前两次的锻炼,刘喆妮决定将更多成长机会留给学弟学妹,专注课程设计,此次担任课程组长。其团队作为北京益微青年项目在重庆市唯一入选的大学生支教团队,成功入选西部阳光基金会、北京益微青年乡村夏令营,和全国一百多支团队一起再次奔赴乡村。她带领团队成员深入重庆市万州区普子乡,服务留守儿童1820人次。
刘喆妮和那群孩子从小班一起升到中班、大班,每年的相聚陪伴,已经成为了常态。除此之外,为了维系和孩子的长久陪伴,刘喆妮助力团队开创了“竹信封”——组织大学生每周和乡村孩子固定通信。目前已经稳定开展一年,组织80余大学生志愿者,与160余名留守儿童进行信件交流,通信数量高达1200封。目前,他们还开展了童年一课线上直播课,为乡村学校的孩子们带去多节线上活动课。
刘喆妮联合创办的公益团队逐渐成为了大学生全知、全情、全意、全行的成长平台,并组织了丰富的户外徒步、乡土研学、城市探索等成长活动,还链接了前往成都、武汉、深圳的公益游学资源,助力大学生们在社会奉献中寻觅自我价值。同时,它还逐渐成为了小学全科师范生专业实践成长的重要平台,吸纳了数十位未来乡村教师关注乡村教育,塑造职业情意。
运用“互联网+”拓展资源
让温暖在关注中汇聚
刘喆妮深知:只有自我地不断成长,才能更好地为家乡乡村带去更多支援教育。她积极参与社会公益实践交流,曾多次参加北京益微青年、北京西部阳光基金会、成都小童大义、长沙天使支教等社会公益、企业的交流学习活动,和众多主创一起思维碰撞,对社会及乡村教育的现状和未来提出自己的见解。刘喆妮还赴深圳参加由二十一世纪教育研究院主办的第三届LIFE教育创新峰会,主动向业内前辈请教学习,更加深度地向社会学习教育创新。
刘喆妮关注家乡,希望尽自己的一点力量,链接更多资源,打造大学生的成长平台,带动更多人关注我们的三峡。教育必须摆在优先发展地位,作为未来乡村教师的她亦从中找到了方向。除了运用在夏令营,她还努力为孩子带去像重庆三峡学院特色的三峡文化课程,希望用乡土教育寻根,而非逃离家乡、嫌恶乡村。她还是国内最大性教育平台“你我伙伴”成长中的性教育种子教师,立志为乡村儿童带去同等的科学性教育课程。
她深知“库区教育的发展离不开外界的资源支持,为库区内支教学校链接更多资源。她促成了乡村夏令营团队与你我伙伴性教育平台、北京益微青年、萤火公益、广州日慈基金会、四川小童大义、广州蓝信封留守儿童关爱中心、阅读星球、米公益、益路同行、一公斤盒子等公益组织的合作,为乡村留守儿童带去了丰富多样的多元智力、性教育、阅读课程。
她链接中华思源工程扶贫基金会、新浪扬帆公益基金,为乡村儿童带去儿童读物100余册。目前正在积极链接西安蚂蚁公益慈善基金会、无锡衡山慈善基金会发起的“为孩子送新衣活动”,希望用大学生的力量,为库区留守儿童带去衣物、文具。
依托“云课堂”开展教学
让奉献在抗疫中延续
2019年9月,刘喆妮踏入实习岗位,成为了34名留守儿童的班主任老师。她借助实习学校和公益团队便捷的交通优势,积极地与实习学校领导协商,顺利地将公益资源引入实习学校。至此,孩子们每周都会与重庆三峡学院的大学生志愿者哥哥姐姐一对一通信,互诉衷肠、共话成长;孩子们也会每周接受大学生志愿者亲子带来的心理艺术课程,在绘画中培养社会情感能力;孩子们也曾迎来了重庆三峡学院绿色环保协会的志愿者们带来的别开生面的垃圾分类课程……
在疫情期间,刘喆妮响应“停课不停学”,坚守实习岗位,还与伙伴们将公益团队升级改造为“云课堂”模式,每周通过线上直播的形式为实习学校里所带班级的孩子开展生命健康课程,目前已经持续两个半月。从疫情期间的心灵陪伴到如今每周六的兴趣拓展,孩子们的学习兴趣大幅提升,欢声笑语沿着虚拟的网线传播,越来越多的人加入到“云课堂”中,全家联动更是屡见不鲜。
除了学校工作,刘喆妮还与北京益微青年公益发展中心合作,为防疫健康课程的迭代优化不断建言献策,积极促成防疫项目的课程落地。她还组织本地大学生队伍前往当地村小,为孩子们带去防疫物资和防疫课程。当看到孩子们终于戴上了合适的儿童口罩,用上了合格的洗手液,她内心十分富足。有媒体曾想采访她,她婉言谢绝了,她说自己做的事情很小,只想尽自己的力量为家乡做点小事。
虽然在她眼里是小事,但她和她的公益行动在当地却受到好评。重庆市万州区普子中心小学洪俊恒副校长说:“谢谢你们三年来给孩子们带来的免费课堂,特别是喆妮,每年都看到你!虽然是免费,但是对孩子们却是无价的!哪怕课程结束,你们都还在和孩子们保持书信、线上课,是孩子们的第二老师!每一次,看到你们离别时泪流满面,我很感动,也很惭愧,我们的老师也做不到这一点......相信未来你真正成为一名人民教师,你能做得更好!”重庆市万州区普子中心小学金家村小金友佳校长说:“病毒肆虐,山里的孩子们信息封闭,防范意识弱,卫生条件也跟不上,我们的村小又与湖北接壤,开学何其容易?感谢竹溪支教的刘喆妮队长,她们摸黑驱车四小时,准时出现在复课的校园,给孩子们带来了防疫课和防疫物资,谢谢你们的雪中送炭!疫情无情,人间有爱!”

刘喆妮事迹材料
刘喆妮,女,汉族,21岁,重庆万州人,中共党员,重庆三峡学院教师教育学院小学教育(师范类)专业2016级本科生。她深学笃用习近平新时代中国特色社会主义思想,积极向党组织靠拢,于2018年5月光荣加入中国共产党,担任班级团支书,积极为同学服务,每学期均获得奖学金,学业成绩名列前茅,综合素质优异。作为未来服务乡村教育的定向师范生,她更是身体力行专注教育反哺三峡库区,在教育公益领域有一番不俗的作为,荣获重庆三峡学院校长奖学金、“十佳校园之星”、优秀大学毕业生、重庆市志愿服务活动先进个人等荣誉。
参加“小桔灯”义务家教
让青春在公益中闪光
自大一开始,刘喆妮便作为志愿积极分子,参加学校组织的“小桔灯”义务家教活动,每周风雨无阻,坚持服务长达一年。此外,还自告奋勇服务增加服务量,挤出空余时间服务两个学生家庭。其中一个家庭的孩子属于心智障碍群体,为了帮助他健康成长,刘喆妮查阅了大量资料,广泛学习对这类群体的帮扶经验。她抽出课余时间,来到万州区特殊教育中心,与心智障碍孩子一起学习;多次参与万州区残疾人联合会、万州区青年志愿者协会组织的助残活动,与他们保持着良好的互动沟通。
作为师范生,刘喆妮将自身师范实践融入到志愿活动。刘喆妮曾作为负责人之一,参加由万州区团区委、陈家坝街道、德立社会工作服务中心组织的为期一年的“益苗计划-移民社区青年”志愿服务,被评为“优秀负责人”。
创办“竹信封”公益项目
让爱心在田野上飞扬
刘喆妮生在三峡、学在三峡、爱在三峡、行在三峡。大一暑假,她作为团队最小成员前往渝鄂交界的万州区普子乡,作为舞蹈、性教育和小营长面向当地乡村留守儿童开展乡村夏令营,服务时长达三周,服务对象达1204人次。虽从小在城市长大,但毫不抱怨,由此与乡村留守儿童结下了不解之缘。她与其他成员一起,创办了“竹溪支教”团队。
第二年,她作为“竹溪支教”团队联合创始人,组建大学生公益团队。她希望借助乡村夏令营的模式,吸纳更多本地高校青年,关注库区乡村教育,带动大学生自我成长。第二年的乡村夏令营共有90余志愿者报名,其中不乏重庆主城学校学生,最终遴选30人,分为三支队伍前往重庆市万州区分水镇、普子乡和龙驹镇等乡村学校、社区开展为期两周的夏令营,共服务留守儿童3672人次。
第三年,经历过前两次的锻炼,刘喆妮决定将更多成长机会留给学弟学妹,专注课程设计,此次担任课程组长。其团队作为北京益微青年项目在重庆市唯一入选的大学生支教团队,成功入选西部阳光基金会、北京益微青年乡村夏令营,和全国一百多支团队一起再次奔赴乡村。她带领团队成员深入重庆市万州区普子乡,服务留守儿童1820人次。
刘喆妮和那群孩子从小班一起升到中班、大班,每年的相聚陪伴,已经成为了常态。除此之外,为了维系和孩子的长久陪伴,刘喆妮助力团队开创了“竹信封”——组织大学生每周和乡村孩子固定通信。目前已经稳定开展一年,组织80余大学生志愿者,与160余名留守儿童进行信件交流,通信数量高达1200封。目前,他们还开展了童年一课线上直播课,为乡村学校的孩子们带去多节线上活动课。
刘喆妮联合创办的公益团队逐渐成为了大学生全知、全情、全意、全行的成长平台,并组织了丰富的户外徒步、乡土研学、城市探索等成长活动,还链接了前往成都、武汉、深圳的公益游学资源,助力大学生们在社会奉献中寻觅自我价值。同时,它还逐渐成为了小学全科师范生专业实践成长的重要平台,吸纳了数十位未来乡村教师关注乡村教育,塑造职业情意。
运用“互联网+”拓展资源
让温暖在关注中汇聚
刘喆妮深知:只有自我地不断成长,才能更好地为家乡乡村带去更多支援教育。她积极参与社会公益实践交流,曾多次参加北京益微青年、北京西部阳光基金会、成都小童大义、长沙天使支教等社会公益、企业的交流学习活动,和众多主创一起思维碰撞,对社会及乡村教育的现状和未来提出自己的见解。刘喆妮还赴深圳参加由二十一世纪教育研究院主办的第三届LIFE教育创新峰会,主动向业内前辈请教学习,更加深度地向社会学习教育创新。
刘喆妮关注家乡,希望尽自己的一点力量,链接更多资源,打造大学生的成长平台,带动更多人关注我们的三峡。教育必须摆在优先发展地位,作为未来乡村教师的她亦从中找到了方向。除了运用在夏令营,她还努力为孩子带去像重庆三峡学院特色的三峡文化课程,希望用乡土教育寻根,而非逃离家乡、嫌恶乡村。她还是国内最大性教育平台“你我伙伴”成长中的性教育种子教师,立志为乡村儿童带去同等的科学性教育课程。
她深知“库区教育的发展离不开外界的资源支持,为库区内支教学校链接更多资源。她促成了乡村夏令营团队与你我伙伴性教育平台、北京益微青年、萤火公益、广州日慈基金会、四川小童大义、广州蓝信封留守儿童关爱中心、阅读星球、米公益、益路同行、一公斤盒子等公益组织的合作,为乡村留守儿童带去了丰富多样的多元智力、性教育、阅读课程。
她链接中华思源工程扶贫基金会、新浪扬帆公益基金,为乡村儿童带去儿童读物100余册。目前正在积极链接西安蚂蚁公益慈善基金会、无锡衡山慈善基金会发起的“为孩子送新衣活动”,希望用大学生的力量,为库区留守儿童带去衣物、文具。
依托“云课堂”开展教学
让奉献在抗疫中延续
2019年9月,刘喆妮踏入实习岗位,成为了34名留守儿童的班主任老师。她借助实习学校和公益团队便捷的交通优势,积极地与实习学校领导协商,顺利地将公益资源引入实习学校。至此,孩子们每周都会与重庆三峡学院的大学生志愿者哥哥姐姐一对一通信,互诉衷肠、共话成长;孩子们也会每周接受大学生志愿者亲子带来的心理艺术课程,在绘画中培养社会情感能力;孩子们也曾迎来了重庆三峡学院绿色环保协会的志愿者们带来的别开生面的垃圾分类课程……
在疫情期间,刘喆妮响应“停课不停学”,坚守实习岗位,还与伙伴们将公益团队升级改造为“云课堂”模式,每周通过线上直播的形式为实习学校里所带班级的孩子开展生命健康课程,目前已经持续两个半月。从疫情期间的心灵陪伴到如今每周六的兴趣拓展,孩子们的学习兴趣大幅提升,欢声笑语沿着虚拟的网线传播,越来越多的人加入到“云课堂”中,全家联动更是屡见不鲜。
除了学校工作,刘喆妮还与北京益微青年公益发展中心合作,为防疫健康课程的迭代优化不断建言献策,积极促成防疫项目的课程落地。她还组织本地大学生队伍前往当地村小,为孩子们带去防疫物资和防疫课程。当看到孩子们终于戴上了合适的儿童口罩,用上了合格的洗手液,她内心十分富足。有媒体曾想采访她,她婉言谢绝了,她说自己做的事情很小,只想尽自己的力量为家乡做点小事。
虽然在她眼里是小事,但她和她的公益行动在当地却受到好评。重庆市万州区普子中心小学洪俊恒副校长说:“谢谢你们三年来给孩子们带来的免费课堂,特别是喆妮,每年都看到你!虽然是免费,但是对孩子们却是无价的!哪怕课程结束,你们都还在和孩子们保持书信、线上课,是孩子们的第二老师!每一次,看到你们离别时泪流满面,我很感动,也很惭愧,我们的老师也做不到这一点......相信未来你真正成为一名人民教师,你能做得更好!”重庆市万州区普子中心小学金家村小金友佳校长说:“病毒肆虐,山里的孩子们信息封闭,防范意识弱,卫生条件也跟不上,我们的村小又与湖北接壤,开学何其容易?感谢竹溪支教的刘喆妮队长,她们摸黑驱车四小时,准时出现在复课的校园,给孩子们带来了防疫课和防疫物资,谢谢你们的雪中送炭!疫情无情,人间有爱!”
